 United Methodist Women - UMW

Extending God's grace and hospitality to others in mercy, generosity, and steadfast love.  UMW is open to any female, of any age.  United Methodist Women encourage each other in spiritual growth, leadership, and challenge each other to expand concepts of mission through prayer, financial giving, study, action and service.  One of the tasks of the UMW is to yearly raise monies for programs and projects related to women, children and youth in the U.S.A. &  throughout the world.

General meetings are at 1:30 PM in the 'Wilma Mohler Room' located off the Fellowship Hall, monthly the 1st Wednesday Sept.-April (except Jan/May/June/July & Aug where dates vary).    UMW Sunday is celebrated yearly the 2nd Sunday in October with UM women participating in various worship roles.  Special year round ministries include courtesy cards, May Pancake Breakfast, Special Occasion Meals, and more.

For more information about our local UMW, contact any circle member or UMW President, Wilma Hartleben (712-792-5793).  Newcomers are always welcome.
